Shipping & Delivery
Your Veinci jewelry will typically be shipped within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping generally delivers within 7–16 business days, while express shipping takes 5–8 business days.
Made-to-order items, such as bespoke designs or birthstone inserts, may take longer to dispatch. However, simple designs like initials, charms, or birthstones are generally not considered made-to-order and follow the normal dispatch timeframe.

We’ll send you an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can find it there. You can also log into your account on our website to view your tracking information anytime.
After your order is shipped from Veinci, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. To track your order, simply go to the 'Track Order' page on our website, which will redirect you to ParcelsApp. Alternatively, you can go directly to ParcelsApp and enter your tracking number there. While Veinci is not affiliated with ParcelsApp, many of our customers find it efficiently tracks our orders, providing an easy way to follow your order's journey to you. While we try to provide websites that do not have intrusive ads, we cannot always guarantee the websites will not update their platforms. For reference, you will never have to pay to track your order—just refrain from clicking on ads, popups, etc. Never pay someone to track your shipment; we are not affiliated with those services, and we do not profit from you tracking your order.
To maximize delivery speed and efficiency, items may ship from different warehouses. Best sellers, free gifts, and certain items are often shipped separately from other products. As a result, you likely have multiple tracking numbers, and the remaining items will arrive in separate deliveries—nothing to worry about!

Start by checking around your home or other areas where the package might have been left. It’s also a good idea to ask family members, neighbors, or anyone else who might have accepted the delivery on your behalf. Additionally, contact your local post office to see if they have any further information.
In some cases, tracking updates can be premature, and the package may arrive a few days later. If 5 days have passed and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us at support@veinci.com. If your order was just shipped, please allow up to 7 days for the tracking information to update. Occasionally, items may be misscanned or take a bit of time to leave the warehouse or be picked up by the delivery service.
If the package is already in transit but tracking stops updating unexpectedly, please contact us at support@veinci.com after 7 days. For our international customers, we're pleased to offer free global shipping. There are no additional costs for international shipping when you order from Veinci, so you can enjoy our exquisite jewelry no matter where you are in the world!

However, if the item is rejected upon delivery due to an incorrect address, we may be able to ship a free replacement in certain cases.

We offer Shipping Protection on all orders for an additional $3 USD. This protects your purchase in case of loss in transit, damage, delivery attempt failure, theft, or if tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive the package.
Without Shipping Protection, we cannot guarantee refunds for orders marked as delivered that the buyer reports as not received. For peace of mind, we highly recommend adding this option at checkout.

Ensuring your jewelry fits perfectly is key to us at Veinci. Many of our pieces are resizable for a custom fit. For those that aren't, we provide detailed sizing in the product descriptions. Simply email us your order number, include a picture, and provide an explanation of the issue. We’ll provide all the necessary information to return the item, whether you’d like an exchange or a full refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

These are virtual services fulfilled instantly, which can trigger a “delivered” notification via the Shop App or email. Rest assured, this doesn’t mean your physical items have been delivered yet—only the digital content is immediately accessible via email.
We send an order confirmation email automatically after every purchase. In some cases, the email might end up in your spam or junk folder, so please check there first. It’s also possible that the email address was mistyped during checkout.
